Grow your skills through
Clinical Training
Are you ready to become an exceptional relational therapist?
Many therapists I work with say they find it difficult to stay on track with couples, and that they enjoy the work, but often don't feel confident in providing effective couples therapy. I find that many therapists are under-supported in their own clinical development with relational clients. That's why I am excited to announce that I will be offering training and consultation in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. Created by Drs. Ellyn Bader and Peter Pearson of the Couples Institute, The Developmental Model has fundamentally changed my mindset and approach to working with relational clients. I am thrilled to bring it to more clinicians and support them in becoming exceptional therapists.
The Developmental Model
Training courses focus on providing a comprehensive understanding of the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy (Bader & Pearson). This model is based on the idea that couples go through distinct stages of development in their relationship. The training will provide therapists with a roadmap to understand the needs of each stage and how to work with clients to help them through each stage from a differentiation and attachment lens. It also offers strategies for helping relational clients to identify autonomous goals participate fully in the therapeutic process. The training program will help you develop the skills needed to build confidence in your work with relational clients.
Training Retreats
A training retreat is an excellent opportunity for psychotherapists, coaches, and other practitioners to immerse themselves in learning while enjoying a beautiful setting. These retreats offer continuing education and a chance to receive care from both yourself and the community. With all the details handled by our team, clinicians can focus on their personal and professional growth. Joining a training retreat is a great way to recharge and gain new insights into the field of psychotherapy.
